Anjuli & The Far Pavillions

When I was a teenager I used to read a lot. My mum has always been an enthusiastic reader and at home, shelves were always filled with books. When I was around fourteen years old I was fascinated by chinese, japanese and indian culture and one of the books I read that I liked the most was The Far Pavillions, written by M. M. Kaye.

I fell In love with one of the principal characters, Anjuli

Books always fill your head with images and ideas.

This is what The Far Pavillions inspired me to do.

You can have a look to the whole series here.

Starts & Projects

Laura Lockheart's new blog is open, finally.

I will be regularly blogging about all aspects of my current work and the many and diverse projects that I have currently under way. By now I'll be just uploading Photography work, but I'm developing a documentary project, recording with DSLR. Once is ready, I wont hesitate to share it.

Apart from Photography, and because I've always considered Arts as a way of communication, I'd like to turn this blog into a space for reflection and exchange.

By now, I'll leave you with one of my favorites:
